ASN Journals – At the Forefront of Nutrition Research

Publishing timely and important findings in basic, clinical, and emerging nutrition science research, the society journals are the premier journals in the field of nutrition. In addition to research reports, journals enhance content by providing commentaries and critical reviews written by leaders in the scientific community and special supplement issues on topics in nutrition.

The Journal of Nutrition

Published since 1928, The Journal of Nutrition (JN) was the first scientific journal created solely for publication of nutrition research. Contents include peer-reviewed research reports on all aspects of experimental nutrition, critical reviews, commentaries, and symposium and workshop proceedings.

Periodically, supplements to JN are published, and these contain proceedings from internationally recognized conferences on clinical nutrition. Supplements are included in the subscription rate and are also available for purchase individually. Refer to our list of available supplements.
